From your application to your statements

About two weeks from receiving your files to the proof. In the app, Home's Onboarding checklist follows every step.

1. 1

   The setup call, 30 minutes

   You book it at the end of the application. We look at how you do statements today, run the mailbox scan live, and agree the plan and the dates.

2. 2

   Your mailbox and your contracts

   Labelmate reads your mailbox read-only and spots your contracts, invoices and reports. Each contract is read and checked with you: the artist, the rate, the advance and the signing date, with the passage the AI read.

3. 3

   Your distributors and your balances

   We build each distributor's format from your real reports, and load your artists' balances and past statements into the Archive, with Past statements and balances: each becomes a frozen statement the balances carry on from.

4. 4

   The proof, then you pay

   With Reconciliation, in Statements, we rebuild your last statement period without issuing anything and compare it, artist by artist, with the statements you sent. Every difference gets a likely cause, and a PDF report keeps the comparison. When it all matches, or every difference is accepted, you pay the first year, or the first month. If not, nothing.
