Questions about pricing
Which computers does Labelmate run on?
On a Mac: macOS Monterey 12 or later. A Mac with Apple silicon or an Intel processor. On Windows: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit (x64); its installer is not signed yet, so we send it on request. The download page
Why no free trial?
Because we set it up with you and prove Labelmate on your last statement period first. You pay nothing until it matches.
How fast do you answer?
In under a day, every message, customer or not. Support
Is AI extra?
No, it's included, and you can switch it off in the app.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes, at the monthly price, cancel any time; yearly, you pay ten months out of twelve. The proof comes first either way.
What counts as an artist paid?
Every artist or rights holder your label sends a statement to. People who work at the label don't count: the whole team is included.
Fewer than 5 artists?
We're probably not the right fit for you yet.
Can we leave with our data?
Yes, always: Export everything, in Settings, writes it all to a folder (CSV for data, PDF/A for statements, the original files, the signed history), and it lives on your computers anyway.
Dollars or euros?
Both. Prices are set in dollars and converted to euros at the European Central Bank's rate: $7,900 or €6,890 a year for the Label plan. The page shows euros in the euro area and dollars everywhere else. Prices exclude VAT.
