Catalog Ready · a service on quote, coming

A catalog where every figure can be backed up

Before a sale, a financing deal or an audit, a buyer wants to see the contracts, the statements and what artists are owed. We rebuild all three with Labelmate, from your emails and your reports.

Coming: a service done by our team, not an automatic feature of the app. It is not offered yet: leave your details and we tell you when.

Who it's for

Three situations

You're selling or financing a catalog

The buyer or lender asks for clean accounts: which contracts, which rates, which advances are still unrecouped.

You're buying a catalog

You want to know what you're taking on before signing: the contracts, the artists' balances, what was paid and what is owed.

An artist asks for the supporting documents

In France, article L. 212-15 gives them that right, and a court restated it in 2024. The calculation must be producible, line by line.

What we deliver

Three deliverables

  1. 1

    The contracts, found and quoted

We find them in your mailboxes and folders and pull out the terms that matter, each with the sentence it comes from: rates, advances, term, territory, options.

  2. 2

    The statements, rebuilt

From your distributors' reports, we rebuild the statements for the periods requested with Labelmate's engine, to the cent, every figure tied to its report row.

  3. 3

    The money owed, established

Per artist: what was paid, what is left to recoup, what is owed. All archived as PDF/A, with the reports behind it.

How

With Labelmate, by our team

We work in Labelmate, on your computers or in a workspace created for the job: your data stays encrypted and never passes through our servers readable.

The price depends on how many contracts, periods and distributors. From $9,500 per catalog, on quote. Coming: the service is not offered yet. Leave your details through the form, and we tell you when it opens.

  • Contracts quoted sentence by sentence
  • Statements to the cent, tied to the reports
  • Money owed per artist
  • A PDF/A archive handed over at the end

Your next statements, without spreadsheets.

50% off year one for the first 10 labels, with no risk: you pay nothing until your last statements are rebuilt to the cent.
